Personal Information We Collect

Anonymous Information: Anonymous Information is used internally for Site administration, troubleshooting and to help improve the quality of this Site and its design. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old. The forms we use to collect PII include an interactive control requiring the person completing the form to affirmatively activate the control to indicate they are 18 years old or older. If the “18 and older” control is not activated, the information in the form is not collected. If a child has provided us with PII by fraudulently activating the “18 and older” control, we will remove the child’s PII from our records after receiving and verifying information indicating the person was not 18 years old or older when the PII was collected.

California Online Privacy Protection Act (CALOPPA)

In accordance with CalOPPA, our Privacy Policy includes the following:

Our home page includes a link to our Privacy Policy. Links on our site to our Privacy Policy include the word “Privacy” and can easily be found within the page on which the link is provided;
